The Orlando Business Journal reports that Florida now leads Arizona, South Carolina, North Carolina and Georgia as the top retirement destination for the wealthy. Warm weather and no personal income taxes were the main reasons. Florida is the second-fastest growing state in the U.S. having added 368,000 people in 2016 according to the U.S. Census Bureau reports.
