ORLANDO, FL – More than 350 curious home buyers attended the Model Grand Opening at Canopy Oaks on Roper Road in Winter Garden, where two spectacular model homes opened on Saturday, March 12, with prices beginning in the low $600s.
Canopy Oaks is a small enclave of luxury homes with a gated entry leading to the models under a canopy of oak trees. The pastoral scene sets the tone for these refreshingly new designs being built by A.R. Bailey Homes, which most recently introduced high-end townhomes to the Windermere market at Lakeside Village. The homes are designed by Keesee and Associates and the interiors by Kay Green Interiors.
The three models – the Sanibel, Delray and Lockhart – offer from 3,665 to more than 4,200 square feet of living space with all the latest luxury appointments and features. The floor plans are highlighted by huge entertainment areas that flow into gourmet kitchens; second floor game rooms, gathering rooms and theater rooms; and master suites that are destined for the pages of Architectural Digest.
The Sanibel model features an incredible Owner’s Suite, with a rotunda entry through double doors. From the rotunda there’s access to the bedroom, the huge walk-in closet and the incredible Owner’s Bath – which proved popular with Grand Opening visitors — featuring a circular design with a large double shower wrapped around a soaking tub.

The grand opening event featured a performance by the West Orange High School Jazz Band under the oaks in the park next to the models. Food and beverages were provided by 4 Rivers Smokehouse.
